Shanna Baugh is a Louisiana state certified residential real estate appraiser. Shanna joined Murphy Appraisal Services in 2003 as an administrative assistant before receiving her certification as a residential appraiser in 2008. Shanna covers several Northshore parishes including St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Livingston, St. Helena and Washington parishes. She has completed a variety of appraisals for both mortgage lending and individual property valuations as well as successions and foreclosures.

Shanna attended Northeast Louisiana University (ULM) before completing her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of New Orleans in 1998. Shanna is a resident of Ponchatoula and enjoys spending her free time with family and traveling.
