A longtime resident of Ponchatoula, Shanna Baugh graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1998.
Shanna is a Louisiana State Certified Residential Real Estate appraiser. She began working for Murphy Appraisal Services in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant. Shanna received her Trainee License in 2006 and became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2008. She works out of our Covington office and appraises properties in St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Livingston, Washington parishes as well as the surrounding areas. Shanna has completed a variety of appraisals for mortgage lending, successions, foreclosures, and individual property valuation.
