Rachael Couvillion joined our company in 2012 as the Commercial and Residential Appraisal Coordinator. For the past 14 years, she served as the Residential Appraiser Coordinator, bringing 25 years of experience in office management, administration, customer service and retail sales to the company.

Rachael is now the Office Manager and Administrator, where she oversees the day-to-day administrative operations and compliance for 10/12 Brokerage. She has been a licensed real estate agent for 10 years, giving her a strong understanding of both the administrative and real estate sides of the business.

A native of South Louisiana, Rachael currently resides in Mandeville with her husband. She enjoys life as an empty nester, traveling, and cheering on LSU sports.
