Neal Scott Meyer joined Murphy Appraisal in 2003 and became a Managing Member in 2010. He splits appraisal duties between condemnation-related appraisal work and general appraisal work. Neal holds the R/W-AC designation from the International Right of Way Association. Neal is a member of the International Right of Way Association, a Practicing Affiliate with the Appraisal Institute, and is a state certified general real estate appraiser in Louisiana. Neal has been admitted as an expert witness in multiple courts. Mr. Meyer attained a Bachelor of Science from Rhodes College in 2002. He is married with four children. Neal is a baseball fan who also loves to cook, hike, fish and play tennis.
