Katherine Harang-Bourgeois, a native of Thibodaux, LA, joined Murphy Appraisal Service in 2011. Ms. Harang-Bourgeois has assisted in the valuation of a wide array of commercial properties, including vacant land, office, multi-family, and mixed use buildings, retail centers, and industrial properties. She has her general appraiser’s license and is working towards her MAI designation. In the fall of 2013, Murphy Appraisal opened an office in Thibodaux to help better serve clients within the Thibodaux-Houma area and surrounding markets; Katherine works out of this office along with the New Orleans office. Ms. Harang-Bourgeois is active in the Thibodaux Service League and the Thibodaux Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the 2014 Leadership Lafourche class. She attended Louisiana State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from LSU’s E. J. Ourso College of Business.
