Jeremy Loescher joined Murphy Appraisal Services in 2011. His focus is the valuation of income producing real estate properties including hotels, retail centers, NNN lease investments, multi-family developments and mixed-use developments. Jeremy has also completed numerous specialized valuation assignments including industrial port facilities, Mississippi River batture and LME storage facilities.

Prior to joining Murphy Appraisal Services, Jeremy’s experience in the New Orleans market includes tax credit equity investments, investment banking and business valuation services. Jeremy completed his MBA at Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business in 2006. In 2001 he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Clemson University.
