Dina McCarty, AI-RRS is a state-certified residential appraiser in both Louisiana and Mississippi and holds a residential review specialist designation from the Appraisal Institute. Since joining Murphy Appraisal Services in 2005, Dina has been based in the company’s Metairie office. Miss McCarty currently performs appraisals across Southeast Louisiana, as well as the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Over the course of her career, Dina has completed many residential, condominium, multi-family, and vacant land appraisals for a diverse roster of area banks, mortgage companies, credit unions, and attorneys. Although mainly completing appraisals for mortgage financing, she also specializes in foreclosure appraisals and individual property valuations. Miss McCarty graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in 2001 and a master’s degree in 2003 and currently resides in the Bywater.
