Alexis Scott joined Murphy Appraisal Services in 2024. She resides on the Northshore in Covington, Louisiana. Alexis holds her bachelor’s degree in Spanish after graduating in 2021. She currently holds her Appraiser Trainee License and is working towards her Certified General Appraiser License.

Alexis assists in appraising a wide range of property types, including vacant land, industrial, office, retail, mixed-use buildings, and some specialized properties. In addition to her appraisal work, Alexis has also been a practicing real estate agent since 2022, which she has done since she graduated college. Alexis’ experience as a real estate agent provides her with valuable insights into market dynamics and buyer and seller preferences, enhancing her appraisal skills.

Alexis spends her free time with her family, friends, and two dogs, as well as paddle boarding on the river, boating, cooking, traveling, reading, and gardening.
