Mickey joined Murphy Appraisal Services in June 2019 and is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser who holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. He attended Jesuit High School in New Orleans and Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge receiving his bachelor’s degree in Finance in 1981. Mickey has been an appraiser since 1979. In 2010 Mickey was added to the FHA panel.

Mickey works in our Covington office and covers a large area of Southern Louisiana. He has been a resident of the North Shore for over 25 years. Growing up in Jefferson Parish he is also well versed in Real Estate markets on the South Shore and New Orleans surrounding areas.

Mr. Gelpi currently resides in Mandeville, LA. With his spare time, he enjoys the walking, golf, and watching his children and grandchildren grow
