I have lived in St. Tammany Parish since 1975. My real estate career started when my mother-in-law wanted to sell real estate but did want to do it alone. I first became a licensed Real Estate agent working for Fallon Realty. I moved to Bieber and Associates in 1986 to 1989. From there I went to Paul Gasser’s where I was a Real Estate agent for the first year. By the end 1990, I became a Louisiana State Certified Residential Appraiser. At that point began appraising on a full-time basis. The areas that I was appraising included St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Washington and St Helena Parishes.

I started working for Murphy–Blossman Appraisal Services in 1997. When they split in 2001, I went with Richard Murphy who formed Murphy Appraisal Services. I have been with Murphy since that time and have expanded my Louisiana areas to include East Baton Rouge, and Livingston Parishes.

In 2014, I became a Mississippi State Certified Residential Appraiser. I cover Pearl River, Harrison, and Hancock Counties.

My experience ranges from single family dwellings, vacant lots, large county parcels, farms, and estate type properties. My clients include accountants that do estate planning, banks, attorneys and relocation companies.

I enjoy gardening, music, art, sewing and spending time with family and friends.
